Wholesale How To

Head to RootedFarmers.com and create a Wholesale Buyers account by clicking the 'Buy Flowers' tab at the top of the page, and then selecting 'Buy For Wholesale' in the drop down box. Click 'Sign Up Today' to create an account. Once your application is reviewed by the Rooted Farmers team and your profile is set up, you can connect with us by selecting 'Sellers' in the column on the right of your profile page. Once on the Sellers page, click the tab that says 'Find Sellers' to connect with us and other local growers. Send us an email if you plan on registering so we can let the team know to keep an eye out for your application.

Our pre order availability goes live on Wednesday afternoons. The order window is open from Wednesday afternoon to Monday evening for pick up the following Wednesday. Once you are connected to us as a buyer on Rooted Farmers, you will receive a notification when we publish the weekly listing. Browse from all of our growers' availability, add things to your cart, and check out as a pre order. We do not process payments until we've reviewed your order with you at pick up. 

During our regular market season, all pre orders are picked up at The Gaslight (3 North Union St) on Wednesdays between 8 AM and 10 AM. You'll also have access to shop the market floor if you need to add to your order. The market floor is open for sales even if you haven't placed a pre order that week. During the shoulder seasons (April-June and October), pre orders are picked up at our cooler on 7 Kelley Rd.
